Dr. Brittany Bruton, DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Brittany Bruton grew up in a military family before moving to Alabama to attend Auburn University (War Eagle!) where she earned her bachelors degree in microbiology in 2014 and her doctorate in veterinary medicine in 2017. She then moved to Virginia to practice emergency medicine, spending several years working in many hospitals in the DMV area as a relief veterinarian before joining the Falls Church team in 2024. She grew up volunteering at animal shelters and riding horses, always knowing she would be a vet one day. She has a special interest in soft tissue surgery and enjoys internal medicine. In her spare time she loves traveling with her husband, cooking, crafting, reading, and lifting weights. After her heart dog passed away, her husband got her a fish tank so she now lives with a beta fish (Gandalf), minnows (Mary and Pippin), some Amano shrimp (the orcs) and a Panda Garra (Spaz).
